The 4-Phase Adoption Roadmap

Phase 1: Agronomy Assessment & Land Prep

We conduct a feasibility study on your land (soil pH, water access). Execution of licensing agreements and procurement of authorized Kenaf/Napier seeds aligned with Ministry guidelines.

Phase 2: Tech Transfer & Machinery Setup

Installation of harvesting and sizing equipment. Transfer of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for applying the RumenWise 'Activation Package' (proprietary enzymes & inoculants).

Phase 3: Digital Onboarding & QA/QC

Integration with our cloud-based Traceability SaaS. Every batch of biotransformed feed is logged for moisture, pH, and fermentation profiling to ensure strict Halal and safety compliance.

Phase 4: Commercialization & Scaling

First commercial harvest and processing. Output is either bought back by the RumenWise network (for Tier 1/2) or distributed to local farms under co-branded licensing (Tier 3).
